IVI’s mission is to contribute to transparent and effective public administration and better public services. We regularly conduct policy analysis and policy advisory at the request of policy-making agencies in Vietnam. We contribute to improving the business environment, streamlining administrative procedures, and strengthening legal frameworks. These agencies include ministerial-level agencies such as the Government Office, Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Health, and local governments; and foreign bodies such as the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) such as the World Bank, Oxfam, and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
